Wow. Sure is a lot of snow out in the sugar bush! Last season the trees were tapped on Valentine's day and the sap was flowing well. Not so sure about this year. I've been working on making trails to all the trees hoping to save some time when I start to tap.
I've made a few tweaks to the evaporator making the back wall more are tight.

Yeah, glad to see you back! Tim and I were talking about the same thing, getting to the trees is going to be tough this year!
